Use of the Service

The Lucknow Metro Map application is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Its purpose is to offer informational guidance related to metro routes, fares, stations, and general travel assistance.

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the source code of the application.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, design, features, and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Team SoftMaji.

The application is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that metro timings, fares, routes, or station details will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Metro services and operations may change without notice. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Team SoftMaji, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, service disruption, or travel inconvenience.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page along with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
